INFORMATION ON TRAVEL BY AIR AND SEA (Connecting Trips to Bohol)

Tagbilaran City is the capital of the island-province of Bohol, the 10th largest island and is located almost centrally in the Philippine archipelago. The island province is about 556 nautical miles southeast of Manila and about 40 nautical miles south of Mactan Island of Cebu Province.

Bohol is bounded by the islands of Cebu in the northwest, Leyte in the northeast and Mindanao at the south. Tagbilaran City, gateway to Panglao Island, is accessible from Manila by air and by sea, direct or via Cebu City.

Assistance during arrival, transfers and departure will be provided delegates in airports (Manila, Cebu and Bohol), seaports (Cebu and Bohol), hotels and meeting venues.

TRANSPORTATION – TAGBILARAN AIRPORT TO AND FROM HOTELS

Vans/Mini Shuttle Bus Services will be in operation to transfer delegates between Airport to accredited Hotels, will likewise shuttle delegates to and from the meeting venue (Bohol Beach Club). Kindly inform the hotel for transport arrangements through the Accommodation Registration Form at Annex B.

ACCOMMODATIONS
